Try using
kgrid.x
,
kgrid.y
, and
kgrid.z
.

Hi,

I would like to depict a 3D image of the lesion map. My understanding is that the best way to do this is to use the Matlab isosurface function (along with potentially the patch function). The challenge is that kgrid.x_vec, kgrid.y_vec, and kgrid.z_vec are not in the correct shape for the isosurface plot. Do you have suggestions on how to reshape the data so that I can produce a 3D plot of the lesion (or 3D plot of the ultrasound beam pattern)?

Thanks,
Al
