			<description>&#60;p&#62;Dear all, &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I am using k-wave software to identify fibroids in a medium using ultrasound transducer. As a first step, I want to model this, I want to be able to add an obstacle in my medium, and see how the wave reflects on it. Is there a function that would allow to add such an obstacle? &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Another way of tackling this challenge, would be to add discontinuities in a continuous medium. By this I mean, adding sphere with different properties (density) within a medium. &#60;/p&#62;
