&#60;p&#62;Unfortunately this feature (transmit apodization) is not currently implemented in the C++ or CUDA versions of k-Wave (see also &#60;a href=&#34;http://www.k-wave.org/forum/topic/question-about-the-transducercombine_sensor_data-method#post-4769&#34;&#62;here&#60;/a&#62;). It's on my list to add a warning to the command line output.&#60;/p&#62;

&#60;p&#62;I am trying to run the 'Simulating Ultrasound Beam Patterns Example' with a different apodization, like Hamming, however the result is the same as Rectangle apodization. Has anyone had the same problem? I am using 'kspaceFirstOrder3DG' if it matters.&#60;/p&#62;
