&#60;p&#62;In short, no - this code uses &#60;code&#62;acousticFieldPropagator&#60;/code&#62; which assumes the medium is homogeneous. In principle, the general approach of performing a least squares minimisation to define a source should work with any forward model (e.g., including in a heterogeneous medium), but it's not something we have ready to go.&#60;/p&#62;
