&#60;p&#62;Take a look at the &#60;a href=&#34;http://www.k-wave.org/documentation/example_ivp_heterogeneous_medium.php&#34;&#62;Heterogeneous Propagation Medium Example&#60;/a&#62; (you can view this from the MATLAB help browser). &#60;code&#62;medium.alpha_coeff&#60;/code&#62; can be set as a matrix in the same way.&#60;/p&#62;
