			<description>&#60;p&#62;Hi Jack,&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I've answered this before in &#60;a href=&#34;http://www.k-wave.org/forum/topic/how-to-generate-3d-structure-of-a-real-muscle&#34;&#62;this post&#60;/a&#62;.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Each of the parameters can be defined as a matrix. See for example, the &#60;a href=&#34;http://www.k-wave.org/documentation/example_ivp_heterogeneous_medium.php&#34;&#62;Heterogeneous Propagation Medium Example&#60;/a&#62; in MATLAB. The absorption and nonlinearity can be defined in the same way. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Brad.

			<description>&#60;p&#62;Hi everyone,&#60;br /&#62;
I have been simulating phased-array ultrasound focusing through multiple layers of biological tissue (skin, fat and muscle)，at present, I am confused about the definition of these organizational parameters, can you help me find the accurate parameters(media.alpha_power,media.alpha_coeff,BonA)? If my media.alpha_power =1.1, f=1MHz, how can I define the correct media.alpha_coeff with three layers of organization.Also, who can tell me what BonA is,how does it affect the simulation of the kwave sound field,I know it can be defined as a matrix form,How do I correctly define nonlinear parameters from the literature or database to kwave， and it  would be nice to get your answer.
