Hi Gwansuk,

Could you ask the manufacturer what the properties are, or perhaps they are reported in a paper?

It's not something we've ever tried to do unfortunately.

Brad.

Hi all
there is an example of the B-mode image.
(example us_bmode_linear_transducer.m)
Does anyone who knows the acoustic properties to mimic contrast sensitivity target of ultrasound QA phantom (ex, ATS 539)
the contrast targets in ATS539 are -15dB, -6dB, -3dB, 3dB, 6dB, and 15dB.

Thanks
Gwansuk

Hi All,

Anyone who knows the acoustic properties or how to define the grayscale target in Ultrasound QA Phantom?
Ultrasonic QA phantom typically has several grayscale targets ranging from -15 dB to +15 dB.
(e.g., ATS Model 539)
Has anyone ever simulated an ultrasound QA phantom with k-Wave?

Thanks
Gwansuk Kang
