&#60;p&#62;You can have a look at the section 4.5 of the user manual. &#34;To run the code blindly, calls to kspaceFirstOrder3D can be directly substituted with calls to kspaceFirstOrder3DC without any other changes.&#34; &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;For example, you can try the example 'example_pr_3D_FFT_planar_sensor.m'. You just have to change 'kspaceFirstOrder3D' into 'kspaceFirstOrder3DC' at line 71.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;However, as specified in the manual, it has an additional memory footprint so you can directly run the C code by adding the flag 'SaveToDisk' in kspaceFirstOrder3D (which will save the input file on your computer) and then run the C code in command window (or with the command 'system' in Matlab).&#60;/p&#62;
