hi ajb2pj,
Recently I've also been using the Focus feature to Focus, but when I focus with a source.p with a 172 point concave spherical distribution,I got a bad focus, the sound pressure distribution on the sound axis is very poor, and seems to reflect a lot of waves from my monolayer of adipose tissue, and these sound energies are in front of the focus and there's more sound intensity in front of the focus. Can you help me analyze this problem? If necessary, I can attach my code.

 Jack

I'm having some difficulty using the focus() function in my simulation. When I input 'kgrid' as a function argument along with my input signal, source mask, focus position and sound speed, MATLAB returns an error saying "Unable to use a value of type kWaveGrid as an index". If anyone has any idea what might be causing this, please let me know. I'm using R2019b.
