&#60;p&#62;If you are using a single grid point to represent your source, it will probably be easier to shift the source to a new position/angle rather than changing the angle of the detector. Take a look at how this is done in the &#60;a href=&#34;http://www.k-wave.org/documentation/example_sd_directivity_modelling_3D.php&#34;&#62;Modelling Sensor Directivity in 3D Example&#60;/a&#62;. In this case you would replace the rectangular sensor mask with the focused detector from the &#60;a href=&#34;http://www.k-wave.org/documentation/example_sd_focussed_detector_3D.php&#34;&#62;Focussed Detector in 3D Example&#60;/a&#62;.&#60;/p&#62;

&#60;p&#62;I was wondering how we can place the sensor position in a particular angle with the source in the example &#34;Focused detector in 3D&#34;. Let say angles 30 degree, 45 degree or 60 degree. I am actually doing a study on the sensor directionality. I would like to find out the output signal intensities on the particular angles and do a comparison.So it will be very helpful for you if you can suggest me a way out for this. I have tried a few times but shows error called &#34;Subscripted assignment dimension mismatch&#34;.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Let say for 45 degree angle, half the sensor mask will be in x-axis and the other half will be in y-axis right??&#60;/p&#62;
