&#60;p&#62;You could define discrete elements in the sensor mask, e.g., using &#60;code&#62;makeArc&#60;/code&#62; and then average the pressure over the grid points that belong to each element. Alternatively, you could use the new  &#60;a href=&#34;http://www.k-wave.org/forum/topic/alpha-version-of-kwavearray-off-grid-sources&#34;&#62;kWaveArray class&#60;/a&#62;, which allows you to define multiple transducer elements with a finite size.&#60;/p&#62;

I did not change anything in the given example. How can I set the element width instead of using a point detector in thi case?&#60;br /&#62;
