Hi Trevor,

You can define the perfusion as a matrix the same size as the computational grid. In your case, set this to zero for most of the domain, and then set it to your perfusion value wherever the tissue is defined.

Hope that helps,

Brad.

Is there a way to define only a region of tissue perfusion in the kWaveDiffusion class? I'm interested in simulating a region of tissue in the gridspace with a region of non-tissue, so defining perfusion in the entire region doesn't make sense for my application. I can't seem to find anything in the documentation regarding this. If anyone knows if this is possible or has suggestions to implement this, I'd be interested in finding out.

Thanks,
Trevor
