&#60;p&#62;There are several ways. One is using &#60;a href=&#34;http://www.k-wave.org/documentation/example_tvsp_equivalent_source_holography.php&#34;&#62;holography&#60;/a&#62;. Alternatively, if you only have a single point measurement or a line scan, after deconvolving the hydrophone frequency response to get pressure, iteratively update the source amplitude until the measurement and simulation agree. See &#60;a href=&#34;http://bug.medphys.ucl.ac.uk/papers/2016-Martin-IEEETUFFC.pdf&#34;&#62;here&#60;/a&#62; for example.&#60;/p&#62;

&#60;p&#62;How can I convert a hydrophone measurement in the experiment to source strength in a simulation?&#60;br /&#62;
For instance, I have an unfocused transducer and I drive with 10 Vpp continuous signal. In the 2D simulation, I put the same transducer geometry for my source and drive with the same time signal. But I am not sure how to determine the source strength. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Do you have any idea about this conversion?&#60;/p&#62;
