Hi Chao,

You can set the time index of when the sensor starts recording in the C++ code using the
-s
flag. If you set
sensor.mask
to cover the entire domain, this will let you record the final few time steps.

Brad.

Hi,

Instead of storing the final field by using the flag "--p_final", is there any way to store the fields at the last fewer time steps? For example, I want to store the fields at steps N-3, N-2, N-1, N, where N is the total time steps. I guess, to do this, I need to modify the C++ code.

Thanks,
Chao
