			<description>&#60;p&#62;I have not performed any experiment yet, I am trying to build a photo-acoustic imaging setup in my lab am in the process of formulating my work plan, I have identified olympus V317 20 MHz transducer with 6mm diameter and F#3.I will use a raster scanning mechanism over a square region of 3x3 cms with a step size of 10 microns. Now I have no clue how i can process that data using k-wave toolbox for image reconstruction, I require some help or tutorials where i can get some insight about data loading into matlab and use it for further reconstruction, if anyone can provide sample data of transducer will be a great help, my mail is &#60;a href=&#34;mailto:amar.drdo@gmail.com&#34;&#62;amar.drdo@gmail.com&#60;/a&#62;
