&#60;p&#62;Data is returned as a 2D matrix indexed as &#60;code&#62;(sensor_index, time_index)&#60;/code&#62;. So you could try &#60;code&#62;plot(squeeze(sensor_data(1, :))&#60;/code&#62; to plot the first element, etc.&#60;/p&#62;
