&#60;p&#62;I think dt/2 is correct (unless you can convince me otherwise). For example, in Eq. (2.17d), the right hand side (including the mass source) are at time point n + 1/2, while the time derivative on the left hand side is solved using a temporal staggered grid (with points at n and n + 1). The pressure is then updated, after which the sensor sampling occurs. Thus the source is added at n + 1/2, and sampled at n + 1, giving a half time-step offset between them.&#60;/p&#62;

&#60;p&#62;I have a question. In the Sec.2.4 Table 2.1, it said that the outputs for both pressure and velocity are offset by △t/2 relative to the inputs. However, according to the discrete equations, I think it should be △t rather than △t/2. Could someone please help me confirm it?&#60;/p&#62;
