Hi Fan,

The order of the sources follows MATLAB linear column-wise matrix indexing. There is a longer explanation and an example in the k-Wave user manual.

Hi everyone,

I am trying to stimulating a scanning source, which is kind of like the Phased Array Radar, or the Computed Tomography. All signal sources are arranged in a ring in the source.p_mask and generate sound wave one by one.

When I try to generate these signals, I'm very confused how to define the order of signal sources. I have generated a series of signals with delay time in the source.p part by using define the 'SignalOffset' in function toneBurst, but it shows a random order instead of triggering one by one. Is there any method to connect the order in the source.p_mask to the order of sources, or define the order of sources like which one is the first source to generate the first signal in source.p, and which one is the second source to generate the second signal?

I would be very happy if you or somebody else can help me out. Thank you very much!

Sincerely,
Fan
