&#60;p&#62;No, this doesn't form part of 1.3. The first version will be in 1.4. The plan is for it to be out this year, maybe in two parts. First an alpha that implements all the functionality, then an update to the simulation functions that gives a big improvement on memory usage when using off-grid sources.&#60;/p&#62;
