Hi biaojiang,
We don't use FFTW with the intel compiler. The Intel MKL library is used instead.
It is possible to GNU compile the sources with FFTW, however, we would have to claim the binary is not used for commercial purposes, which we can't.

If you want to compile the code on MacOS, please apply the patch posted here:
http://www.k-wave.org/forum/topic/successful-compilation-of-cuda-code-on-macos#post-6283

Hi, Jiri,

Thanks! Now I'm using another Intel CPU server to run the C++ and GPU c++ files.

I checked it is possible to GNU compile the source codes with the free version of FFTW, so you purchased a non-free FFTW license to compile it with Intel C++?

I ever tried to compile it using Xcode on MacOS, not succeeded.

Best
Biao

Hi Biao,
that was somehow expected since the intel C++ compiler was used.

I'd recommend compiling the code with the GNU compiler and FFTW library. I can't unfortunately publish such a binary due to the FFTW's license restrictions. You will find the makefile in the source codes.

Best,
Jiri

Hello, I just tested different compiled binary files for
kspaceFirstOrder3DC
, neither SSE nor AVX file works on AMD platform.

System: Ubuntu Linux, CPU: AMD Opteron 6238.

However, it works on Intel Linux server.

What is the problem, thanks.

Best
Biao
