Using the <code>&#39;gsingle&#39;</code> option requires the <a href="http://www.accelereyes.com/">Accelereyes Jacket</a> toolbox to be installed (this is a commercial product). Note, the new version of the k-Wave toolbox (B.0.4) uses the MATLAB function <code>bsxfun</code> to reduce memory usage. Unfortunately this function is not implemented in the free <a href="http://gp-you.org/">GPUmat</a> toolbox (the development of this toolbox seems to have stopped). I have written a replacement function using <code>repmat</code>, but unfortunately the performance isn't that great.
