First of all, thank you very much for developing this promising toolbox.
I want to simulate a shear wave experiment. I would like to simulate a shear wave coming from focusing plane or convex transducer using time delay. I would need a phantom which would have a different stiffness than the surrounding isotropic medium. The goal is to reconstruct the tissue stiffness by measuring the displacements of my simulation. Thus, the shear wave would have to have a different speed in different tissues.
I saw the questions posted last year.But now is to ask if possible.
Nowdays, is it possible to simulate this using k-Wave? If yes, how would I do that? Any hints or pointers are highly appreciated. Thank you very much.
