Hello everyone, I want to simulate the process from a piezoelectric ceramic transducer to a steel plate, for the steel part I can use the "Elastic Wave Propagation" example in K-Wave matlab toolbox, but for the PZT part, how should I do? Can I also regard it as a elastic medium? Thank you!

Hi Jianing,
k-Wave doesn't model the piezoelectric effect. However, if you just want to model the acoustic propagation between the two materials for a known source signal, then that is possible by defining a layered medium with different properties.
