   Hello,
   I am doing 3D k-wave simulation and the examples are using makeBall functions. Now I have vascular data in 3D and I want to use it as the target. How can I load them into my simulation?

   Hi fantasyhaha,

   You can load an image file into matlab as a matrix and use that (suitably processed if necessary) as an initial pressure distribution or as a sound speed map, for example.
