I would like to see k-wave toolbox implementing Shear waves (elasto-dynamic equation). I believe you probably have already a working version (e.g., Firouzi et. al., 2012).

Our intention is to release an elastic wave code sometime this year (we still have some work to do with the implementation). Thanks for your interest in the toolbox!

I'm looking for your release to suitable for simulation of harmonic shear wave propagation.I thinks it's very good if this tool support to shear wave propagation.

An elastic wave code will be available with the next release (which we are still working on). In the meantime, you might want to take a look at our list of other acoustic software, and in particular, Simsonic.
