Why the style of background scatterers in the b-mode image seems different from that in field II?;
specifically, they seem stuck together or merged in k-wave.

Hi aliataie,
Hard to say without talking specifics. The exact results will depend on the bandwidth of your source, the grid resolution of the simulation, and the techniques you use for image reconstruction.
