I want to use a complex signal as input signal for my ultrasound simulations. but for a point target the output signal of sensors, has a significant distortions, while the output signal for real version of input signal is acceptable.
I mean that the envelope of output signal is not on zero baseline, but the sensor signal is on a baseline that has an decreasing slope. how can I solve this problem?

Hi Sepand,
The inputs to k-Wave must be real - I will add it to the list so that in the next release using a complex input will throw an error.
What exactly are you trying to do with a complex input signal?
