   Hi Dr. Treeby and Dr. Cox,

   Could the adjoint equations be simulated directly in k-Wave toolbox(version 1.2)? If not, what should I do to modify the existing version?

   Hi Lirj,

   Are you trying to solve an USCT problem or a photoacoustic initial value problem using gradients calculated via the adjoint?

   Both can be simulated directly in k-Wave, but have slightly different approaches.

   Hi Dr. Treeby,

   I want to solve an USCT problem using gradients calculated via the adjoint. Is the source the slightly difference you mentioned above? I use source.p as the source signal. how can I change it, both in the normal forward simulation and the adjoint-state equation?
