   Hey,
   I was wondering if I could get a reflection-free signal with the speeds of sound difference using the kspacefirstorder3D function.
   Is there any inputs that can disable the reflection (refraction) calculation?

   There's no way to model just the forward field I'm afraid, as k-Wave is a full wave model. You could try mSound.
