I have 3 questions about the points_per_wavelength.
(1) How to change the value of the points_per_wavelength?
(2) How to calculate the f_max if I defined the points_per_wavelength by
points_per_wavelength = 3;
dx = c0_min/(points_per_wavelength*f_max);
(3) What does the number of points_per_wavelength depend on, the sound speed of the medium or density or else?

(1) The number of points per wavelength (PPW) depends on the frequency of your source, and the grid spacing used in your simulation (e.g., dx). You can change the number of PPW by change either of these things, where
PPW = c0 / (dx * f0)
(2) In that formula, the maximum frequency is the maximum frequency of interest in your simulation. For example, if you are using a toneburst, it might be the maximum frequency present in the toneburst.
(3) The PPW depends on the wavelength (given by the sound speed and frequency), and the grid spacing.
