Excuse me, could you tell me why in my simulation the maximum of p_final is bigger than p_max? It troubles me a lot. Thanks.

p_final is the final pressure field, i.e., the whole field at the last time step. p_max is the maximum pressure at each grid point in the sensor mask over all time, not just the last time step.
