Sir, I am new to k-wave. I have been reading through a paper by Dr.Lihong V.Wang and X. Yang on Boundary conditions in PAT and Image reconstruction. (2007) I was curious to test the results out and would like to know if we could do something add a boundary for the image and just take the pressure measurements as shown.

There is currently no simple way in k-Wave to specify impedance boundary conditions, other than using a pressure or velocity source (which can be specified as a Dirichlet boundary condition), or by setting a change in sound speed and density. If you want to set sound-hard or sound-soft boundary conditions at the edges of the domain, you could try the suggestions from this post.
