   Hi, I am trying to essentially combine a few of the examples in the package ("example_us_transducer_as_sensor" and "example_us_defining_transducer") and develop them further.

   I would like to define a rectangular transducer that sends an ultrasonic wave through a medium. This wave then impacts a curved surface, is reflected and then sensed back at the original transducer.

   I am struggling to comprehend how I would define a curved surface for the wave to impact and reflect from.

   Any guidance would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

   Hi jo-rooke,

   I'd suggest having a look at the Heterogeneous Propagation Medium Example (you can open this in the MATLAB help browser). Instead of using a half space, you could use makeBall (or something similar) to define a region within your medium to have different acoustic properties.
